Quotes and estimates
Every job is quoted individually. Prices shown or discussed before an on-site assessment are estimates, not fixed prices, and are not binding until we provide a written quote for the specific work. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Material prices and site conditions found after work begins may change the final figure; we will tell you before doing work that goes beyond an accepted quote.
Scheduling
You can request a free quote through the form on this site. On-site work is scheduled directly with us, not through the website. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as far ahead as you can.
Workmanship warranty
We warrant our work for one year after installation. The warranty does not cover materials supplied by the homeowner, pre-existing conditions in the property's electrical system, damage caused by others, misuse, or acts of nature.
Payment
Payment is due on the terms stated in your quote or invoice.
Text messaging terms
Charlie Brown Electric LLC
Charlie Brown Electric LLC is a residential electrical contractor serving the Charlotte, North Carolina area. When you opt in, you can expect to receive text messages from us about appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule and cancellation notifications, post-service follow-up, and replies to inquiries you send us, and — if you opt in separately to marketing — offers and promotions from Charlie Brown Electric LLC.
How you opt in. Consent is collected on the forms on this website through two separate checkboxes — one for service messages and one for marketing messages. Neither checkbox is required to submit a form, neither is pre-checked, and providing a phone number is optional. You may consent to one, both, or neither. We send only the categories of message you consented to.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 980-410-8545. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at charlie@charliebrown-electric.com or 980-410-8545.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
